4.2 You are responsible for safeguarding account access and all actions under your account.

4.3 If unauthorized access is suspected, you must notify us immediately.

• - not engage in fraudulent, manipulative, or malicious actions.

6.1 Investing involves a risk of partial or total capital loss.

6.2 Before making decisions, consultation with a qualified specialist is recommended.

7.1 Platform content, including texts, graphics, logos, and software, belongs to Монгол Баялаг or is used under license.

7.2 Any copying, distribution, or derivative works are allowed only with written permission.

8. Платежи и комиссии

8.1 Certain services may include fees, and users are notified in advance.

8.2 Payments are made in full under the published terms.

8.3 Refunds are made only in cases expressly provided by service rules.

9. Ограничение ответственности

9.1 To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9.2 Total company liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for relevant services.

10. Прекращение и приостановка

10.1 We may restrict or terminate service access in case of terms or legal violations.

10.2 Access termination does not cancel obligations that arose before the termination date.

11. Применимое право и споры

11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia.

11.2 Disputes are first settled through negotiations; if unresolved, they are referred to a competent court in Ulaanbaatar.

12.2 Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new version.
